I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.

I have the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

I have the right to use commissioned work for future self promotion (eg portfolios and commission examples).

I have the right to charge additional fees for complexity.

No commissioned work may be used for commercial use unless stated in the commission.

Do not Remove any watermarks

After work is completed you have the right to make any edits you want as long as you credit me for the original design and specify your edits when you post it excluding removing my watermark.

Failure to follow my TOS may resault in blacklisting and/or cancellation of your commission.

I will only do a limited number of edit requests, more requests may cost extra.

ALL payments are to be made in USD currency.

ALL payments are done by paypal Invoice.

Payments must be started within a 48 hours period of sending out the invoice or you will forfeit your slot.

I will not start working on the commission till at least 50% of the invoice is paid for.

I will not work past the sculpt stage till 100% of the invoice is paid

My finished work is non-refundable.

issuing a charge-back for a commission will get you blacklisted from future commissions.

If you request a refund and i have not started work on anything i will refund 95% of your commission.

if you a request a refund and i have started work on the commission i will refund the amount equal to the work left to do minus 10% of the commission original cost.
